About Towns in Hampshire

Farnborough:

Host to the popular Farnborough Airshow Farnborough has a total of 10 primary schools, 4 state secondary schools, 2 independent Roman Catholic secondary schools (one an all girls school and the other an all boys schools) and 2 colleges (Farnborough Sixth Form College and Farnborough College of Technology). Farnborough also offers shopping opportunities at the Kingsmead, Queensmead and Princesmead shopping precinct; which are currently going under redevelopment. For transportation the Stagecoach bus service and trains are available and access to London is possible by rail, via the M3 motorway, via the A325 and the A30.

We are located across the road from Farnborough airport; which takes around five minutes to walk to.

Aldershot:

Aldershot offers many education possibilities with 2 infant schools, 5 junior and 2 secondary schools. Know as the Home of the British Army a permanent military base has been established in Aldershot since 1854. Aldershot also offers shopping opportunities at Union Street, the Wellington Centre and Wellington Street. For transportation the Stagecoach bus service and trains are available with trains going to London Waterloo, Alton, Guildford and Ascot. There are also many leisure activities available in Aldershot, from theatres and art centres, night clubs and sport facilities. These include the Aldershot Lido, Aldershot Stadium and Aldershot Raceway.

North Camp:

North Camp is mostly a residential area that is in-between Farnborough and Aldershot. Due to North Camp's close proximity to Farnborough the schools and colleges in Farnborough are available to the residents of North Camp along with the North Camp Crèche. Most shops in North Camp are small local businesses such as the popular Elevenes sandwich shop, the local post office, butcher shops and a co-op supermarket. Also both the Farnborough shopping district and train station are just a short bus ride away.
